Abstract
Se describe un sistema tensor de material (100) en un proceso de fabricación, el sistema comprende: un dispositivo de tensión (102), el dispositivo de tensión (102) comprende: un mecanismo de movimiento de posición longitudinal, en donde el mecanismo de movimiento de posición longitudinal está configurado para ajustar una posición de un rollo del material entre una primera posición y una segunda posición en una dirección longitudinal del sistema que corresponde con una dirección de flujo del material; un sensor de pandeo de material (122), el sensor de pandeo de material configurado para determinar una cantidad del material entre el rollo (110) y una estación de procesamiento (108) en la dirección longitudinal; y un rotador de rollo (111), el rotador de rollo (111) configurado para hacer girar el rollo (110) alrededor de un eje perpendicular a la dirección de flujo del material, en donde una velocidad de rotación del rotador de rollo (111) es ajustable con base en la información del sensor de pandeo de material (122) para mantener un rango de distancia nadir para el material que se extiende entre el rollo (110) y la estación de procesamiento (108).
