Abstract

Problema: Mejorar la calidad de la soldadura posibilitando formar salientes que tengan adecuadas alturas de saliente sin estar limitado por el espesor de placa de los miembros metálicos. Solución: En un método de soldadura con láser, primero, una superficie 21a frontal (una superficie lateral) de un primer miembro 21 metálico (un miembro metálico) se irradia con luz 51 láser, formando una porción 24 sobresaliente en una superficie 21b posterior (otra superficie lateral en el lado opuesto) que se proyecta desde la superficie posterior. Luego, fundir una parte de la porción sobresaliente que se formó barriendo luz láser para generar un flujo de fundición de metal hacia una parte superior de la porción sobresaliente, y formar una saliente 25 que se proyecta más alto que la altura de la porción 24 sobresaliente desde la superficie 21b posterior. Posteriormente, el primer miembro metálico en el cual se forma la saliente se pone en un estado de superposición sobre un segundo miembro 22 metálico (otro miembro metálico) con la saliente interpuesta entre los mismos, y la porción donde se superpone la pluralidad de miembros metálicos se irradia con luz láser y la pluralidad de miembros metálicos se sueldan entre sí.
