Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un cristal compuesto calentable (100) que tiene una región de conmutación capacitiva (10), que comprende al menos: - un sustrato (1) y un cristal de cubierta (4) y - al menos una capa intermedia (3), la cual es arreglada entre el sustrato (1) y el cristal de cubierta (4), - al menos un alambre de calentamiento (21) y al menos dos barras colectoras (22), las cuales son arregladas entre el cristal de cubierta (4) y la capa intermedia (3), caracterizado porque el alambre de calentamiento (21) es conectado de manera eléctricamente conductora to las barras colectoras (22) de modo que tras la aplicación de un voltaje eléctrico a las barras colectoras (22), pueda fluir una corriente de calentamiento a través del alambre de calentamiento (21), por lo que el alambre de calentamiento (21) puede ser calentado, donde - un alambre de contacto eléctricamente conductor (6), el cual es diferente de al menos un alambre de calentamiento (21), es arreglado entre el sustrato (1) y la capa intermedia (3) o entre el cristal de cubierta (4) y la capa intermedia (3), - al menos una región del alambre de contacto eléctricamente conductivo (6) forma una región de conmutación capacitiva (10), la región de conmutación capacitiva (10) tiene al menos una región de contacto (11) y una región de conexión (13), la región de contacto (11) está eléctricamente conectada a la región de conexión (13) y la región de conexión (13) puede ser conectada eléctricamente a un sistema electrónico de detección (14), caracterizado porque el alambre de contacto (6) está conectado galvánicamente a una de las dos barras colectoras (22) precisamente en una región de conexión (13).
