Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un cristal compuesto (100) con una zona de cambio capacitivo (10), que comprende al menos: un sustrato (1), al menos una primera capa intermedia (2), que se une de manera superficial al sustrato (1), al menos una segunda capa intermedia (3,3´), que se une de manera superficial a la primera capa intermedia (2), y un cristal de cubierta (4), que se une de manera superficial a la segunda capa intermedia (3,3´), en donde una película portadora (5) con una capa eléctricamente conductora (6) se instala, al menos en secciones, entre la primera capa intermedia (2) y la segunda capa intermedia (3,3´), una zona de cambio capacitivo (10) se aísla eléctricamente de la capa eléctricamente conductora (6) por al menos una línea de separación libre de revestimiento (7), la zona de cambio capacitivo (10) tiene una zona de contacto (11), una zona de línea de suministro (12), y una zona de conexión (13); la zona de línea de suministro (12) conecta eléctricamente la zona de contacto (11) a la zona de conexión (13), y la zona de conexión (13) es eléctricamente conectable a la electrónica del sensor (14), y la capacitancia de superficie cI entre la zona de contacto (11) y la superficie exterior (IV) del sustrato (1) es mayor que la capacitancia de superficie cA entre la zona de contacto (11) y la superficie exterior (I) del cristal de cubierta (4).
