Abstract
[Objeto] Proporcionar una válvula de control de fluido que tenga una configuración adecuada para la reutilización del aire de escape que se extrae de una cámara de presión de un accionador de fluido a presión al conectar la válvula de control de fluido a la cámara de presión. [Solución] Una válvula de control de fluido incluye un conducto de suministro de aire 14 que permite que una primera lumbrera 11 y una segunda lumbrera 12 se comuniquen entre sí, un conducto de aire de escape 15 que permite que la segunda lumbrera 12 y una tercera lumbrera 13 se comuniquen entre sí, una primera válvula de retención 20 proporcionada al conducto de suministro de aire 15, una segunda válvula de retención 21 proporcionada al conducto de aire de escape 15, un elemento de válvula 30 que abre y cierra un conducto desde la segunda lumbrera 12 hasta la tercera lumbrera 13, y un orificio de válvula 22 a través del cual se extiende el elemento de válvula 30 de tal manera que pueda deslizarse en una dirección axial del elemento de válvula 30. El conducto de suministro de aire 15 es un espacio libre 15b proporcionado entre el orificio de válvula 22 y el elemento de válvula 30.
