Claims (11)
- エアシリンダの一方のポートに連通する第1流路と、前記エアシリンダの他方のポートに連通する第2流路との少なくとも一方を通じて供給又は排気されるエアの流量を、ストローク動作の途中で変化させる流量コントローラであって、
パイロットエアの作用下に第1位置から第2位置に変位するとともに、前記第1位置において前記エアシリンダの一方のポートを前記第1流路に連通させ、前記第2位置において前記エアシリンダの一方のポートを第1調整弁を介して排気口に連通させる第1切換弁と、
前記第2流路から前記第1切換弁に前記パイロットエアを導く第1導入路と、
前記第1導入路に設けられ、前記パイロットエアの流量を規制することにより前記第1切換弁の変位のタイミングを調整する第2調整弁と、を備え、
前記第2調整弁は、前記第2流路から前記第1切換弁に向かうパイロットエアの流量を可変に絞る可変絞り弁よりなる、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第1調整弁は前記エアシリンダの一方のポートから排出されるエアの流量を規制する絞り弁よりなる、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項1又は2記載の流量コントローラであって、さらに、
パイロットエアの作用下に第1位置から第2位置に変位するとともに、前記第1位置において前記エアシリンダの他方のポートと前記第2流路とを連通させ、前記第2位置において前記エアシリンダの他方のポートを第3調整弁を介して排気口に連通させる第2切換弁と、
前記第1流路から前記第2切換弁に前記パイロットエアを導く第2導入路と、
前記第2導入路に設けられ、前記パイロットエアの流量を規制することにより前記第2切換弁の変位のタイミングを調整する第4調整弁と、
を備える、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項3記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第3調整弁は前記エアシリンダの他方のポートから排出されるエアの流量を絞る絞り弁よりなる、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項4記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第1切換弁及び前記第2切換弁は、前記パイロットエアの圧力が所定値以上に到達したタイミングで、前記第1位置から前記第2位置に変位する、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項4又は5記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第2調整弁及び前記第4調整弁は、可変絞り弁よりなり、かつ、可変絞り弁の開度を示す目盛手段が設けられている、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第1調整弁及び前記第3調整弁は、可変式絞り弁又は固定式絞り弁よりなる、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第1切換弁及び前記第2切換弁は、スプール弁よりなる、流量コントローラ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流量コントローラと、
前記第1流路又は前記第2流路を介して前記エアシリンダに高圧エアを供給する高圧エア供給源と、
前記第1流路又は前記第2流路を介して前記エアシリンダからエアを排出させる排気口と、を備えた、駆動装置。 - 請求項9記載の駆動装置であって、
さらに、前記第1流路に高圧エア供給源を連通させるとともに前記第2流路に排気口を連通させる第1接続状態と、前記第2流路に高圧エア供給源を連通させるとともに前記第1流路に排気口を連通させる第2接続状態と、を切り換える動作切換弁を備えた、駆動装置。 - 請求項9又は10記載の駆動装置であって、さらに、前記第1流路及び前記第2流路のエアの流量を絞るスピードコントローラを備えた、駆動装置。
