Abstract
Fermentador para fermentar una solución, que comprende: una cuba (2) predispuesta para contener una solución (3) a fermentar y provista de una abertura de entrada (4, 33) y de una abertura de salida (5, 25); un conducto de remontaje (100), provisto de una primera conexión (101), que viene puesta en comunicación con una zona inferior de la cuba (2), y de una abertura de vertido (103), dispuesta en una zona superior de la cuba (2) de modo da poder verter un líquido arriba del nivel superior de la solución (3), el conducto de remontaje (100) comprende una segunda conexión (102), dispuesta en una posición intermedia entre la primera conexión (101) y la abertura de vertido, que está predispuesta para permitir la introducción de gas en el conducto de remontaje (100).
