背景技术：
目前，植物石蜡切片染色过程通常在卧式或者立式染色缸中进行。染色过程需要十多个染色缸，且靠在一起，染色每进行一步，均需要移出切片，操作程序繁琐，切片的移动常常引起掉片现象的发生，另外由于染液多为二甲苯等致癌物质，移片过程中二甲苯经常会弄到操作人员的手上，对操作人员身体健康造成较大的伤害。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有染色缸中存在的不足，提供一种新型染色缸，更换染液时不需要打开盖子倒出染液，染液不会弄到手上，使得操作更加方便，且减少对操作人员身体健康的危害。
本实用新型是通过下列技术方案完成：一种新型染色缸，其特征在于所述的染色缸底部侧面有一直径为0.5-1cm的小孔，一带有玻璃活塞的玻璃管镶嵌于小孔中，玻璃管与染色缸通过固定模具高温一次成型。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：提供一种染色倒染液时时，不需要打开盖，通过开启玻璃活塞进行放液，既避免了操作人员直接接触二甲苯，又减少了染色缸的移动次数，防止掉片，操作安全可靠，简易便捷。

如图1所示，本实例的染色缸1底部侧面有一直径为0.5-1cm的小孔2，一带有玻璃活塞3的玻璃管4镶嵌于小孔2中，玻璃管4与染色缸1通过固定模具高温一次成型。倒染液时，不需要打开盖，通过开启玻璃活塞3进行放液，进行下一步染色时，将玻璃活塞3关闭即可。
