Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para retrasar o inhibir la maduración o diferenciación in vitro de células T para una terapia de células T, que comprende poner en contacto una o más células T de un sujeto en necesidad de terapia de células T con un inhibidor de AKT y al menos una de interleucina-7 (IL-7) exógena e interleucina-15 (IL-15) exógena, en donde las células T resultantes exhiben maduración o diferenciación retrasada. En algunas modalidades, el método comprende además administrar la una o más células T a un sujeto en necesidad de una terapia de células T.
