Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método y sistema para realizar dicho método, para producir una parte endurecida por presión (2') de material tratable térmicamente que tiene zonas de estructura diferente mediante calentamiento parcial de una pieza en bruto (2) antes de procesar la pieza en bruto. El método (100) comprende las etapas de disponer (104) la pieza en bruto en un horno (10) para calentar la pieza en bruto a una temperatura igual o superior a la temperatura de austenización del material de la pieza en bruto para obtener la pieza en bruto en una fase austenítica, en una estación de calentamiento por infrarrojo (10) calentando parcialmente (106), por medio de radiación de IR (24), al menos una primera zona (2a) de la pieza en bruto, manteniendo así la al menos una primera zona de la pieza en bruto en la fase austenítica, y disponer (108) la pieza en bruto en una unidad de procesamiento (30) para formar y templar la pieza en bruto a una pieza endurecida por presión.
