Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad plaguicida a bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas. Se proporcionan composiciones que comprenden una secuencia de codificación para un polipéptido de toxina. Se pueden utilizar secuencias de codificación en construcciones de ADN o casetes de expresión para transformación y expresión en plantas y bacterias.
