Abstract
Se describen gomas de mascar que contienen alulosa y métodos para hacer tales gomas. En una modalidad, la goma comprende aproximadamente 5% a aproximadamente 95% de base de goma, aproximadamente 0.1% a aproximadamente 10% de agente saborizante y alulosa, la alulosa que es parte o todo del edulcorante de volumen en la goma. La alulosa proporciona a la goma con propiedades únicas; la goma es baja en calorías y no puede ser cariogónica.
