Abstract
Un método de fabricación incluye un paso de preparación, un paso de prensado intermedio, un paso de calentamiento, y un paso de estampado en caliente. En el paso de preparación, se prepara una pieza en blanco. En el paso de prensado intermedio, el trabajo en prensa se aplica a la pieza en blanco para producir un producto intermedio formado (1A). En el paso de estampado en caliente, el trabajo en prensa se aplica al producto intermedio formado (1A) para producir un producto formado tipo panel. En el paso de estampado en caliente, se usa una máquina (10) que incluye un primer dado (12), un segundo dado (13), un punzón (11), y un soporte de pieza en blanco (14). Mientras el producto intermedio formado (1A) es prensado entre el primer dado (12) y el punzón (11), el segundo dado (13) y el soporte de pieza en blanco (14) se mueven con relación al primer dado (12) y el punzón 11), y así, el producto formado tipo panel se produce.
