Abstract
Se provee un método de soldadura por traslapamiento de lámina de acero que comprende: un paso de soldadura por puntos en el cual se forma una pepita (110) entre un primer miembro de la lámina de acero (1X) y una parte de pestaña (2) de un segundo miembro de lámina de acero (1Y) que incluye una parte de pestaña (2) y una pared vertical (4), la pepita formada por soldadura por puntos en un estado en el cual la parte de pestaña (2) se apila sobre el primer miembro de lámina de acero (1X); y un paso de soldadura por láser en el cual, después del paso de soldadura por puntos, se forma una perla soldada (120) por soldadura por láser en una región entre una punto extremo de curvatura (3a) de la pared vertical (4) y la pepita (110). La perla de soldadura (120) tiene una dimensión de longitud (L) que es igual a o mayor que el diámetro (Dn) de la pepita (110), y una dimensión de anchura (W) de 0.5-3.0 mm.
