Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un módulo de batería para el intercambio inalámbrico de datos y energía entre el módulo de batería y otro dispositivo de un sistema, particularmente de un sistema de monitoreo de pacientes, al cual se acopla el módulo de batería. El módulo de batería comprende un alojamiento hermético (93), una unidad de batería (91) para almacenar energía eléctrica, una unidad de almacenamiento de datos (94) para almacenar datos y un conector (95). El conector comprende una unidad de transmisión de datos (96) para transmitir datos y/o recibir datos de otro dispositivo del sistema que tiene un conector homólogo y una unidad de acoplamiento magnético (92), separada de la unidad de transmisión (96), para la transmisión de energía y/o recepción de energía de otro dispositivo del sistema que tiene un conector homólogo mediante el uso de acoplamiento inductivo. El módulo de batería se configura para un uso móvil y para acoplarse con distintos dispositivos del sistema.
