Abstract

Un material de construcción maleable con flujo controlado y retención de la manejabilidad, que comprende (a) un aglutinante con entre el 75% al 100% en peso, de cenizas volátiles, que comprenden entre el 1.5% al 35% en peso de CaO y un valor de Pérdida de la Incandescencia (LOl) del 0.5% al 5.5% en peso, (b) un activador que comprende un hidróxido alcalino y un silicato alcalino, donde el activador es de entre el 3% al 25% en peso, con respecto al material de construcción maleable, (c) arena, (d) agregados finos, (e) agregados gruesos, (f) agua libre y (g) un agente de retención de la manejabilidad seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: polímeros de policarboxilato de éter (PCE), poliaminas, polietileniminas, poliacrilamidas, poliacrilatos (EO, PO éster, éster de polimetacrilato (EO, PO)), derivados de poliamonio y copolímeros de los mismos, cloruro de polidialildimetilamonio, cloruros de benzalconio, sales de amonio cuaternario sustituidas, quitosanos, caseínas y sílice coloidal catiónicamente modificado.
