Abstract

La presente invención describe un procedimiento y un dispositivo de moldeo por inyección compactación de una tubería de polímero. Durante un proceso de moldeo por superposición de bobinado helicoidal, una tubería se moldea en continuo mediante la inclusión de la masa fundida en una pieza en bruto de tubería moldeada bajo la conjunción del efecto de soldadura por inyección producido por la masa fundida y el efecto de conformación del calandrado parcial. El dispositivo comprende una extrusora, un mecanismo de inyección de masa fundida, un mecanismo de calandrado parcial y un mecanismo de conformación y ajuste de diámetro de tubería, en el que el mecanismo de inyección de masa fundida está dispuesto en el extremo de extrusión de la extrusora y está integrado en una pieza en bruto de tubería moldeada; el mecanismo de calandrado parcial y el mecanismo de conformación y ajuste de diámetro de tubería están distribuidos en la pared de la pieza en bruto de tubería en la dirección circunferencial; el mecanismo de calandrado parcial está dispuesto en la posición correspondiente del mecanismo de inyección de masa fundida; el mecanismo de inyección de masa fundida está ubicado dentro de la pared de la tubería; el mecanismo de calandrado parcial está ubicado fuera de la pared de la tubería; y un espacio restringido está formado entre el mecanismo de calandrado parcial y el mecanismo de inyección de masa fundida. La presente invención puede resolver problemas en las tuberías de polímero moldeadas, por ejemplo, el tamaño de moldeo es limitado, el costo del molde es alto, la tecnología de moldeo es compleja, el consumo de energía es alto, la propiedad mecánica es pobre, la eficiencia de moldeo es baja y las materias primas de moldeo son limitadas.
