Abstract
Un tubo, cuya superficie interior se ha revestido con una capa termoplástica se produce por un proceso que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) se proporciona un tubo b) se proporciona un revestimiento interior producido de un material termoplástico, c) la sección transversal del revestimiento interior se reduce opcionalmente a través de la exposición a una fuerza exterior, d) el revestimiento interior se introduce en el tubo, e) el tubo se calienta desde el exterior a una temperatura que es mayor que el punto de fusión Tm de cristalita de la composición de moldeo, mientras que o después que el revestimiento interior introducido se expande radialmente, de manera que su superficie exterior asume la forma interior del tubo, f) el revestimiento interior se enfría y por consiguiente se fija. Se evitan así los movimientos relativos entre el tubo portador y el revestimiento interior; el riesgo de colapso del revestimiento interior es además bajo. El tubo se utiliza para la producción de una tubería instalada.
