Abstract

Un método de moldeo por inyección implica la medición, mediante el uso de por lo menos un sensor extensómetro, de un cambio en la tensión en un lado del molde de una cavidad del molde, la aproximación de una presión dentro de la cavidad del molde con base en el cambio en la tensión, la comparación de la presión aproximada a un punto de activación preestablecido, y si la presión aproximada es igual o superior al punto de activación preestablecido, se activa un sensor de cavidad virtual que tiene una curva óptima de presión-tiempo predefinida, en la que tras la activación, el sensor de cavidad virtual rastrea las presiones aproximadas calculadas a partir del cambio en las mediciones de tensión medidas por el por lo menos un sensor extensómetro a lo largo del tiempo y compara los resultados del seguimiento de presión aproximado a la curva óptima de presión-tiempo predefinida.
