Abstract
La presente invención, en algunas modalidades, es un método de formación de un producto de temple T o temple O que incluye obtener una bobina de una tira de aleación no ferrosa como materia prima de entrada; desenrollar la bobina de la materia prima de entrada; calentar la materia prima de entrada hasta una temperatura entre una temperatura de recristalización de la aleación no ferrosa y -12 grados Celsius (10 grados Fahrenheit) por debajo de una temperatura en estado sólido de la aleación no ferrosa; y templar la materia prima de entrada para formar un producto tratado térmicamente que tiene un temple T o temple O. La tira de aleación no ferrosa usada en el método excluye las aleaciones de aluminio que tienen 0.4 por ciento en peso de silicio, menos de 0.2 por ciento en peso de hierro, 0.35 a 0.40 por ciento en peso de cobre, 0.9 por ciento en peso de manganeso y 1 por ciento en peso de magnesio.
