Abstract
La presente divulgación incluye un método para producir una corriente de hidrocarburo FT líquido, una corriente de gas de cola FT y una corriente de agua FT usando una alimentación de reactor FT en un reactor FT en condiciones operativas FT a baja temperatura y alta presión. La alimentación del reactor FT incluye gas de síntesis, el gas de síntesis tiene una baja relación H2:CO en el intervalo de aproximadamente 1.4:1 a aproximadamente 1.8:1 y dióxido de carbono a un nivel al menos tan alto como aproximadamente 10 por ciento en volumen actual. El reactor FT tiene un catalizador FT soportado por alúmina a base de cobalto. En modalidades, una unidad de preparación de gas de síntesis se usa para producir el gas de síntesis y el dióxido de carbono recuperados del gas de cola del FT se recicla a la unidad de preparación de gas de síntesis.
