Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la síntesis de gases reductores a partir de una corriente de hidrocarburo y dióxido de carbono. La mezcla obtenida puede usarse en la reducción directa de minerales, que consisten principalmente en óxidos metálicos, en la síntesis de productos tales como metanol y/o sus derivados, por ejemplo, dimetiléter, o en procesos del tipo Fischer-Tropsch. En particular, la corriente de hidrocarburo, preferiblemente metano, y dióxido de carbono se hacen reaccionar en condiciones de presión y temperatura definidas dentro de intervalos específicos.
