Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de heterociclicalquilo que tienen actividad inhibidora de histona desacetilasa (HDAC), isómeros ópticos de los mismos o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, el uso de los mismos para la preparación de medicamentos, composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen los mismos, un método para tratar enfermedades usando la composición y métodos para preparar los nuevos derivados de heterociclicalquilo; los nuevos derivados de heterociclicalquilo de acuerdo con la presente invención son inhibidores selectivos de histona desacetilasa (HDAC) y pueden usarse eficazmente para el tratamiento de enfermedades mediadas por histona desacetilasa, tales como enfermedades proliferativas celulares, enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades autosómicas dominantes, enfermedades metabólicas genéticas, enfermedades autoinmunes, enfermedad neurológica aguda/crónica, hipertrofia, insuficiencia cardiaca, enfermedades oculares o enfermedades neurodegenerativas.
