Abstract

Un proceso para hacer un agua alcalina y agua acídica en donde la etapa de disolver la sal alcalina en la corriente inicial además se define como la adición de la sal alcalina de un ácido alquil carboxílico inferior de propionato de sodio a la corriente inicial. La etapa de electrolisis de la corriente de alimentación además incluye una etapa de aplicar un potencial eléctrico entre el cátodo y el ánodo. La etapa de aplicar el potencial eléctrico además se define como la aplicación del potencial eléctrico de entre 0.5 V y 50 V entre el cátodo y el ánodo. La composición de agua alcalina producida por el proceso incluye cero iones de hidróxido y define una alcalinidad total entre 40 ppm y 510 ppm. El agua alcalina también tiene un TDS entre 58 ppm y 1000 ppm, un pH entre 10.0 y 12.0 una clasificación de dureza entre 3.5 y 10, y un índice de Langelier entre 0.37 y 2.20.
