Abstract

Proceso de fabricación de una viga de refuerzo para vehículo comprendiendo por lo menos una zona de debilidad situada de tal modo que la resistencia de la viga a la flexión es más baja en la correspondiente zona de debilidad que en el resto de la viga, caracterizado por lo que comprende, sucesivamente, una etapa de extrusión (A) de un perfil, una etapa de corte (B) del perfil para obtener por lo menos un segmento de perfil, una etapa de deformación (C) localizada del segmento de perfil destinada a crear la o las zonas de debilidad.
