Abstract

La invención se refiere a materiales de recubrimiento mejorados basados en sistemas RMA, los cuales se reticulan con la ayuda de la clásica adición de Michael. Los materiales de recubrimiento contienen por lo menos del 15% al 70% en peso de uno o más compuestos A con un grupo CH-ácido, del 4% al 40% en peso de uno o más compuestos B de carbonilo vinilogo, del 0.1% al 15% en peso de uno o más catalizadores C alcalinos latentes, hasta un 10% en peso de uno o más estabilizadores de luz, hasta un 20% en peso de uno o más retardantes del tiempo abierto, hasta un 20% en peso de uno o más retardantes de la vida útil, en cada caso en relación a la cantidad total del material de recubrimiento. La invención se refiere también a los recubrimientos y a los sistemas de recubrimientos producidos de esta manera, en particular a los sistemas de barniz de recubrimiento base, y para componentes recubiertos, particularmente componentes para vehículos ferroviarios y aeronaves tales como carros de ferrocarril o aeroplanos.
