Abstract
Tinta indicadora de frescura de los alimentos y método para la fabricación de una tinta indicadora de frescura de los alimentos. Comprende un barniz que constituye entre el 90% al 98% del total, el barniz comprende entre el 5% al 25% de la cantidad total del barniz de por lo menos una resina formadora de película o por lo menos una resina de vinilo o una combinación de las mismas, entre el 10% al 25% de la cantidad de la resina de un aditivo plastificante y entre el 50% al 75% de la cantidad total del barniz de los solventes, y entre el 2% al 10% del total de las sales metálicas.
