Abstract
Un miembro de lámina de acero con tratamiento térmico que tiene una composición química que incluye, en % en masa: C: de 0.05 a 0.50%; Si: de 0.50 a 5.0%; Mn: de 1.5 a 4.0%; P: 0.05% o menos; S: 0.05% o menos; N: 0.01% o menos; Ti: de 0.01 a 0.10%; B: de 0.0005 a 0.010%; Cr: de 0 a 1.0%; Ni: de 0 a 2.0%; Cu: de 0 a 1.0%; Mo: de 0 a 1.0%; V: de 0 a 1.0%; Ca: de 0 a 0.01%; Al: de 0 a 1.0%; Nb: de 0 a 1.0%; REM: de 0 a 0.1% y el resto: Fe e impurezas, en donde el miembro de lámina de acero tiene una microestructura de acero que comprende: principalmente martensita y una austenita retenida cuya relación volumétrica es de 5.0% o más, una densidad de número de carburos retenidos estando presentes en el miembro de lámina de acero, y que tienen diámetros equivalentes a los de círculos de 0.1 µm o mayor, es 4.0 x 103/mm2 o menor, [Logf?0 - logf?(0.02))/0.02 < 20.0] se satisface cuando las propiedades mecánicas se miden usando una muestra de lámina especificada en ASTM E8, una resistencia a la tracción de 1.4 GPa o mayor y un alargamiento total de 8.0% o más.
