Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a una composición recolectora para la flotación de espuma directa de menas que no son de sulfuro que comprende a) 50 a 99% en peso de una mezcla de ácidos grasos y b) 1 a 50% en peso de un derivado de N-acilo de sarcosina de la fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) en donde R es una cadena de hidrocarburo saturado o no saturado con 7 to 21 átomos de carbono, en donde la mezcla comprende 10.0 a 35.0% en peso de ácido graso que tiene un grupo de hidrocarburo C11 saturado, 2.5 a 15.0% en peso de ácido graso que tiene un grupo hidrocarburo C13 saturado, 10.0 a 25.0% en peso de ácido graso que tiene a grupo hidrocarburo C17 monoinsaturado y 20.0 a 45.0% en peso de ácido graso que tiene un grupo hidrocarburo C17 bisinsaturado.
