Abstract

Una composición estable reactiva de isocianato al almacenamiento que incluye un componente reactivo con (a) 5% en peso a 30% en peso de al menos un poliol de poliéter de polioxipropileno de tipo hidroxilo de 2 a 5 y un de KOH/g, (b) de 20% en poliol de poliéter de Novolac que tiene una funcionalidad índice de hidroxilo de 130 a 450 mg peso a 60% en peso de al menos un funcionalidad alta que tiene una funcionalidad hidroxilo de 6 a 8 y un índice de hidroxilo de 300 a 700 mg de KOH/g, (c) de 2% en peso a 30% en peso de al menos un poliol de poliéter de funcionalidad baja que tiene una funcionalidad hidroxilo de 2 a 5 y un índice de hidroxilo de 50 a 400 mg de KOH/g, d) de 2% en peso a 30% en peso de al menos un poliol iniciado con amina que tiene un número de hidroxilo de 250 a 600 mg KOH/g, y (e) de 1% en peso a 25% en peso de uno o más aditivos; y un componente de agente físico espumante de hidrocarburo en una cantidad de al menos 10 partes en peso por cada 100 partes en peso del componente reactivo.
