Abstract

La presente invención desvela un procedimiento y dispositivo para tensionar biaxial y continuamente una película en base a la transición de la superficie en forma de silla de montar. En el procedimiento de estiramiento biaxial de la superficie de película, con las fuerzas de tracción laterales y longitudinales aplicadas a un plano tangente diferente, la película está sometida a una transición suave en un espacio tridimensional desde un plano estrecho a través de una superficie en forma de silla de montar hasta un plano ancho, con la uniformidad del espesor de la película de la tensión biaxial regulada mediante el control de la forma de la superficie en forma de silla de montar; el dispositivo comprende una unidad de rueda de dientes angulares y una unidad de ruedas paralelas, siendo ajustable el ángulo entre las dos ruedas de tensión lateral en la unidad de rueda de dientes angulares, estando las dos ruedas de tensión longitudinal en la unidad de ruedas paralelas dispuestas en paralelo; la tensión lateral de la película se consigue mediante el giro de la rueda de tensión lateral, y la tensión longitudinal de la película se consigue por la diferencia de velocidad lineal entre la rueda de tensión lateral y la rueda de tensión longitudinal. La presente invención, adoptando la estructura de la rueda de unión, utiliza efectivamente la superficie en forma de silla de montar para regular el fenómeno de arqueamiento, y reduce la superficie de contacto entre la película y el elemento de tensión, evitando así que el rendimiento superficial se deteriore por la fricción, lo que es ventajoso para mejorar la uniformidad del espesor del producto de película.
