Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un material de eliminación de polvo granular que comprende 30 a 60% en peso de almidón de papa de aumento de volumen en frío, 5 a 40% en peso de aceite vegetal, 5 a 35% en peso de harina, todos los porcentajes en peso son con base en el peso en seco del material de eliminación de polvo granular. La invención se refiere además con un método para preparar un producto enzimático desempolvado, que comprende poner en contacto una preparación enzimática granular, que partículas que contienen polvo, con un material de eliminación de polvo granular de acuerdo con la invención, por medio de lo cual las partículas de polvo se adhieren al material de eliminación de polvo granular, por medio de lo cual el producto enzimático desempolvado se obtiene. La invención se relaciona además con un producto enzimático desempolvado.
