Abstract
La invención se refiere a una molécula artificial de ácido nucleico que comprende al menos un marco de lectura abierto y al menos un elemento de región no traducido 3´ (elemento 3´-UTR) y/o al menos un elemento de región no traducido 5´ (elemento 5´-UTR), en donde al menos un elemento 3´-UTR y/o al menos un elemento 5´-UTR prolonga y/o incrementa la producción de proteína de la molécula artificial de ácido nucleico y en donde al menos un elemento 3´-UTR y/o al menos un elemento 5´-UTR se deriva de un mARN estable. La invención además se refiere al uso de tal molécula artificial de ácido nucleico en la terapia génica y/o vacunación genética. Además, se describen métodos para identificar un elemento 3´- UTR y/o un 5´-UTR derivado de un elemento de mARN estable.
