Abstract
La invención proporciona un aparato de tobera de pulverización (1), para un aparato de secado por pulverización que comprende una tobera provista con al menos un orificio de la tobera (26) para producir gotitas pulverizadas de un producto que va a secarse y al menos un orificio de entrada (24) para transferir dicho producto hacia una cámara de la tobera (22), que incluye un aparato para ajustar en línea el tamaño de las gotitas producidas durante el proceso de secado por pulverización.
