Abstract
Un método para controlar el tamaño de las gotitas de pulverización de un aparato de boquilla pulverizadora, particularmente para la fabricación de polvos alimenticios, suministrado a la boquilla pulverizadora que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) proporcionar una pasta de un producto para pulverizarse por una boquilla pulverizadora; b) determinar continuamente la viscosidad de cizallamiento (?) del producto pastoso suministrado a la boquilla pulverizadora; c) determinar el caudal másico (Qm) del producto pastoso suministrado a la boquilla pulverizadora; d) determinar la presión estática (P) del producto pastoso suministrado a la boquilla pulverizadora; e) determinar la densidad (p) del producto pastoso suministrado a la boquilla pulverizadora; f) suministrar los datos obtenidos en las etapas b) a e) al dispositivo de control que comprende una computadora y una memoria; g) calcular los datos de control para ajustar la boquilla pulverizadora con base en los datos obtenidos en las etapas b) a e) y sobre los parámetros de la geometría de la boquilla almacenada en la memoria; h) enviar los datos de control como señales de control a un medio de control de la boquilla pulverizadora y consecuentemente ajustar la boquilla pulverizadora.
