Abstract

Se describe un proceso de fabricación de un recipiente (6) de cuello grande (9) roscado, que comprende las operaciones que consisten en: calentar una preforma (1) que tiene un cuerpo (2) en poliéster, sobre el cual es montado un manguito (23) en poliolefina, colocado a la derecha de una zona (24) del cuerpo (2) que corresponde al cuello grande (9) del recipiente; introducir la preforma (1) ya calentada, con el manguito (23), en un molde (8) para la impresión del recipiente (6), que incluye una zona roscada (21) para la impresión del cuello grande (9); inyectar en la preforma (1) un fluido bajo presión, para formar una pieza en tosco (10) del recipiente (6) que comprende una parte inferior que incluye el cuello grande con un roscado (25) formado en el manguito (23) y una parte superior(11) que supera el cuello grande (9); separar la parte superior (11) de la parte inferior que forma de este modo el recipiente (6).
