Abstract
Un procedimiento para fabricar un artículo de múltiples capas, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas de: (A) Proporcionar un molde que comprende: (1) Una carcasa de molde que comprende (a) al menos un puerto de inyección, y (b) que define una cavidad del molde dentro de la cual están colocadas dos láminas poliméricas, premoldeadas, deformables; y (2) Un núcleo extraíble, hueco equipado con al menos un orificio de ventilación, el núcleo extraíble, hueco situado entre y separado de las dos láminas poliméricas; (B) inyección a alta presión un polímero viscoso, reticulable, termoplástico en la cavidad del molde entre las dos láminas poliméricas y alrededor del núcleo extraíble, (C) Provocar un vacío en la cavidad del molde a través tanto del orificio de ventilación en la carcasa del molde y el orificio de ventilación en el núcleo extraíble hueco, antes, durante y/o después que el polímero se ha inyectado en el molde; (D) Formar de menos un artículo de múltiples capas completamente curado en la cavidad del molde; y (E) Retirar al menos el artículo multicapa completamente curado de la cavidad del molde.
