Abstract
Se proporciona un método de soldadura por puntos de resistencia con el cual una pepita de un diámetro apropiado puede obtenerse sin salpicadura independientemente de las perturbaciones tales como un espacio de lámina o derivación de corriente en una combinación de láminas con una alta relación de grosor de lámina en la que una lámina delgada se superpone en una cara de dos o más láminas gruesas superpuestas. El método de soldadura por puntos de resistencia incluye realizar soldadura real para compactar, por un par de electrodos (14), una combinación de láminas con una relación de grosor de lámina de más de 3 en las que una lámina delgada (11) se superpone en al menos una cara de dos o más láminas gruesas superpuestas (12, 13), y pasar una corriente mientras se aplica una fuerza de electrodo para unir la combinación de láminas, donde en la soldadura real, un patrón de la corriente y la fuerza de electrodo se divide en dos o más etapas incluyendo una primera etapa y una segunda etapa para realizar la soldadura, y una fuerza de electrodo Fi en la primera etapa y una fuerza de electrodo F2 en la segunda etapa satisfacen una relación F1 > F2.
