Abstract

Comprende la presente patente de invención un sistema de estampado en caliente de piezas automotoras que posibilite la producción del conjunto de piezas ("body in white" y "moving parts") que forman la carrocería de un automóvil, en una sola planta de producción (1), a partir de chapas ("blanks"). Dicho sistema está constituido por dos grupos (2 y 3) operacionales de equipos: un grupo para las piezas fijas y otro grupo para las piezas móviles. Están compuestos, cada uno de ellos, por unidades de producción (4) que son suministradas (5) por chapas ("blanks"), previamente cortadas individualmente en las dimensiones exigidas (5) e inspeccionadas (6), para entrada en la herramienta (matriz) de estampado según la forma y las dimensiones de la pieza que se ejecutará en la respectiva unidad, siendo distribuidas (7) tanto al grupo de piezas fijas como al grupo (3) de piezas móviles. Contiene cada una de las unidades de producción: un rack de alimentación (8) de chapa ("blank"), de dos a tres robots de manipulación (9, 11 y 13), un dispositivo de calentamiento (10) por efecto "Joule", una prensa (12) con la herramienta (matriz) relativa a la pieza que se estampará y un rack de almacén (14).
