Abstract
Se proporciona un procedimiento de soldadura láser de materiales que tienen diferentes espesores, que puede lograr una excelente resistencia de la soldadura independientemente del espesor de una placa gruesa, y un elemento soldado que tienen diferentes espesores. Es decir, la presente invención se caracteriza por un procedimiento de soldadura láser de materiales que tienen diferentes espesores, incluyendo: poner a tope dos placas (10), (12) que tienen diferentes espesores, de tal manera que una superficie de la placa (10) y una superficie de la placa (12) se colocan a ras entre sí; y, a continuación, soldar las placas (10), (12) mediante la aplicación de un haz de rayos láser (14) a sus superficies de tope, en el que el haz de rayos láser (14) se hace incidir oblicuamente desde la superficie a ras de la placa fina (10) hacia una cara de extremo de tope (12a) de la placa gruesa (12): se establece una posición objetivo (P) del haz de rayos láser (14) en la cara de extremo de tope (12a) de la placa gruesa (12); y se establece una profundidad D de la posición objetivo en la placa desde una superficie de la misma en el lado de incidencia del haz de rayos láser (14) dentro de un intervalo de la expresión siguiente (1), t/3 = D = t ...(1), (donde t es un espesor, en una dirección plana, de una cara de extremo de tope (10a) de la placa fina (10), y D y t se dan ambos en mm).
