Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un miembro de enfriamiento (1) para un sistema de iluminación y/o señalización para un vehículo de motor, comprendiendo el miembro (1) una base (10) que tiene dos caras planas opuestas, al menos una de las cuales está configurada para soportar una fuente de luz (2) de dicho sistema, y al menos un dispositivo de disipación de calor (100) con un enlace de conducción térmica a dicha base (10), comprendiendo el dispositivo de disipación (100) una pluralidad de elementos de disipación (101), caracterizado en que cada elemento de disipación (101) de dicha pluralidad de dispositivos comprende al menos una pared de disipación (102) que se extiende desde una cara de fijación (11) tomada de entre una de dichas caras de la base (10) y en un plano inclinado con relación al plano de la cara de fijación (11), al menos algunas de las paredes de disipación (102) de un elemento de disipación (101) se extienden por medio de una porción de fijación (107) por medio de la cual el elemento de disipación (101) se aplica y fija a dicha cara de fijación (11), la porción de fijación (107) está formada en una pieza con la pared de disipación correspondiente (102) y se extiende principalmente en el plano de dicha cara de fijación (11), y el elemento de disipación (101) exhibe una discontinuidad de material entre la porción de fijación (107) de una primera pared de disipación (102) y una segunda pared de disipación (102) adyacente a la primera pared de disipación; la invención también se relaciona con un sistema de iluminación y/o señalización, así como con un método para producir el miembro de enfriamiento.
