Abstract
Se proporciona un metodo de fabricacion de articulo moldeado de anillo capaz de producir adecuadamente de manera eficiente un articulo moldeado de anillo en el cual se reducen las regiones de metal inactivado, y un material de anillo usado para producir el articulo moldeado de anillo. La presente invencion se refiere al metodo para fabricar un articulo moldeado de anillo que tiene dos porciones convexas que sobresalen respectivamente en ambos lados del articulo moldeado de anillo en una direccion de un eje central del mismo y se extiende en una direccion de una circunferencia del articulo moldeado de anillo. En el metodo de fabricacion, el material de anillo se coloca dentro de dos moldes en los cuales las porciones concavas que corresponden respectivamente a las porciones convexas se forman, en una condicion en la cual el material de anillo es soportado por una region en un lado periferico exterior de una esquina lateral periferica exterior en la porcion concava de uno de los dos moldes y una region en un lado periferico interior de una esquina lateral periferica interior en la porcion concava del otro de los dos moldes, el material de anillo despues se forja para ser prensado por los dos moldes en una direccion de un eje central del material de anillo, y el articulo moldeado de anillo se produce de esta manera. Ademas, la presente invencion se refiere al material de anillo usado para producir el articulo moldeado de anillo.
