Abstract
Se describe un ensamblaje de inyector de fundente y método para refinar un material fundido, en donde por lo menos una porción del material es aluminio, a medida que fluye a través de un canal. Una placa deflectora se configura para posicionarse dentro del material fundido en el canal asociado para permitir que el material fundido fluya pasando la placa deflectora. La velocidad de flujo de material fundido se aumenta a medida que pasa el reborde dispensador de la varilla dispensadora alargada para inyectar y mezclar el fundente dentro de la aleación de aluminio fundida.
