Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de medición del contorno de la carcasa de polio, capaz de determinar la forma del contorno de una región prescrita de una carcasa de pollo, un método de medición del contorno, y un dispositivo de deshuesado de la carcasa de polio. Este dispositivo de medición del contorno está equipado con: una plantilla o portapiezas de fijación para el posicionamiento y la inmovilización de una carcasa de pollo; un transportador para formar una trayectoria de transporte para la plantilla de fijación, y el transporte de la plantilla de fijación a lo largo de la trayectoria de transporte; un contacto capaz de ponerse en contacto con la sección de objetivo de medición de la carcasa de polio, y apoyado de manera que sea capaz de movimiento vertical en un plano de dos dimensiones que se extiende en una dirección vertical y que incluye la dirección de transporte de la plantilla de fijación; un sensor de posición vertical para detectar la posición vertical del contacto; un sensor de posición de plantilla de fijación para detectar la posición de la dirección de movimiento de un cono en movimiento; y una unidad de cálculo del contorno para la obtención de la forma del contorno de la superficie de la carcasa de polio en el plano de dos dimensiones, sobre la base de los resultados de detección detectados por el sensor de posición vertical y el sensor de posición de la plantilla de fijación de acuerdo con el movimiento de la carcasa de pollo apoyada y transportada por el cono.
