Abstract
Análisis óptico in situ de endosporas bacterianas pueden ser inhibido cuando las endosporas están presentes dentro de un medio portador ópticamente activo. Para ayudar a aislar las endosporas a partir del medio portador, en algunos ejemplos, el medio portador es pasado a través de un material hidrofóbico que captura las endosporas por medio de atracción hidrofóbica.
