Abstract

Una lámina de acero de nitruración blanda que tiene una estructura de metal en la cual la composición química comprende, sobre una base de masa, por lo menos 0.02%, y menos de 0.07% de C, 0.10% o más de Si, 1.1-1.8% de Mn, 0.05% o menos de P, 0.01 o menos de S, 0.10-0.45% de Al, 0.01% o menos de N, 0.01-0.10% de Ti, 0-0.1% de Nb, 0-0.1% de Mo, 0-0.1% de V, y 0-0.2% de Cr, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas: Mn+Al=1.5. El contenido total de Ti, Nb, Mo, V y Cr presentes como depósitos en la lámina de acero es menor que 0.03% en masa. La ferrita ocupa un área de por lo menos 80%, y la densidad de dislocación de ferrita en una posición de 50 ?m desde la superficie de la lámina de acero es 1x1014 a 1x1016 m2.
