Abstract
La invención se refiere a compuestos antibacterianos de fórmula I, donde R1 es H o halógeno; R2 es el grupo M; R3 es H o halógeno; M es MA o MB, donde A es un enlace o C=C; R1A es H o halógeno; R2A es H, alcoxi o halógeno; R3A es H, alcoxi, hidroxialcoxi, hidroxialquilo, 1,2-dihidroxietilo, dialquilamino, 1-hidroximetil-cicloprop-1-ilo, 1-((dimetilglicil)oxi)metil-ciclop rop-1-ilo, 3-hidroxioxetan-3-ilo, morfolin-4-ilalquilo o morfolin-4-ilalcoxi; y R1B es un grupo tal como se definió en la reivindicación 1; y sus sales.
