Abstract
Se describe un sistema y aparato para la manufactura de un aspa de turbina eólica donde las porciones de un aspa, preferentemente armazones exteriores para aspas, se forman en moldes adecuados, antes de la transferencia a una estación de post-moldeo donde pueden llevarse a cabo las operaciones de post-moldeo. Los armazones del aspa se pueden formar en el molde para tener rebordes integrados los cuales facilitan el fácil manejo de los armazones para aspas durante las operaciones de fabricación subsiguientes. También se describe un soporte de aspa de una estación de post-moldeo para recibir un armazón de un aspa de turbina eólica, donde un aparato de un gato de elevación puede ser localizado dentro de la estructura del soporte del aspa para la aplicación de una fuerza de elevación a una superficie de un armazón de aspa recibido en el soporte, para facilitar el acceso a todas las secciones de la superficie del armazón del aspa.
