Abstract
Se proporciona un método de descodificación de vídeo inter-capa. El método de descodificación de vídeo inter-capa incluye: determinar si un bloque actual es dividido en dos o más regiones, mediante el uso de un bloque de profundidad correspondiente al bloque actual; generar una lista de candidatos de fusión que incluye al menos un candidato de fusión para el bloque actual, basado en un resultado de la determinación; determinar la información de movimiento del bloque actual mediante el uso de la información de movimiento de uno de al menos un candidato de fusión incluido en la lista de candidatos de fusión; y descodificar el bloque actual mediante el uso de la información de movimiento determinada, en donde la generación de la lista de candidatos de fusión incluye determinar si un candidato de predicción de síntesis de vista está o no disponible como el candidato de fusión de acuerdo al resultado de la determinación.
