Abstract
Se proporcionan aquí proteínas que comprenden un dominio de andamiaje a base de fibronectina (FBS), por ejemplo, moléculas de 10Fn3, que se unen específicamente a un objetivo, y en donde el dominio de FBS está enlazado en su extremo C-terminal a una región que consiste de PmXn, en donde P es prolina, X es cualquier aminoácido y en donde n es 0 o un número entero que es al menos 1 y m es un número entero que es al menos 1, y en donde la porción de PmXn proporciona una propiedad mejorada al dominio de FBS, por ejemplo, una estabilidad mejorada, con relación a la proteína que no está enlazada a la porción de PmXn.
